Pursuant Art. 44, para 1, item point 17 of LGLAA, in regard to adopted structure and number of municipal administration with Decision №29/30.01.2008 of City Council – Beloslav and amendments in regulations of Republic of Bulgaria, concerning the local governance and the system of the public education and financing the municipal schools and their units of service.


        Rules of organization of Municipal administration – Beloslav, entered into power as from 01.01.2008.
        Job description of the newly established positions in the structure of Municipal administration to be prepared.
        The rules of organization to be introduced to the staff of the municipal administration and a copy of it to be passed to City Council – Beloslav and CIMS.
        I assign the controlling function of the implementation of the order herewith to Teodora Dobreva – secretary of Beloslav Municipality.
